PL Gas Agency (Indane) of Boral, Kolkata repeatedly assures delivery of LPG cylinder (for domestic use) either on phone or when met at the office but does not deliver since 25th January. My consumer number is PL19824 and I have booked for gas on the 4th of January but have not received it till today (11.02.2010)
