Additional Cylinder not given even after two years

Hi,

My brother consumer number is 05770.we have applied for additional cylinder (only one we have right now). It has been more than 18 months now, still the agency is not responding properly.

Kindly take the appropriate action against this agency. Also I hear lot more complaints about the not giving the cylinder on time, etc.
