Not getting second cylende

Myself Anil Kumar Mathuriya has taken new gas connection from indane distributors named Saini Gas service with address-

shop No.-5, Raura Sector -3 Bilaspur (H.P) on 06.06.08, I have received complete kit with one cylinder only. Despite of repetitive verbal complaints i have not yet gotten second cylinder. payment for complete kit with two cylinder is already done. You are requested please look into this matter so that we could get second cylinder immediately.
