I have a gas connection no. 13376 of ess bee enterpries situated at shop no. 1, pocket-B, Sheikh Sarai New Delhi. The complaint is regarding booking of cooking gas on phones. The phone no provided by the gas agency are 011-26016182 & 011-26016433, which are either engaged or not picked by someone. In case someone has picked the phone he refused to book the cooking gas and all the time I have to go there. The booking office is far from my house and no transport is avialable. Is there is someone which can look in to the matter, so that my time could be save.
