I have booked gas on 06.10.2009 over phone from Ela Gas Agency, Shop No. 50, Pocket -a, VDS Market, Sector - 93, NOIDA. I was given booking no. 184 dt. 06.10.2009 over phone.
I am contacting to the agency over phone from 10.10.2009 regarding non-supplying of the gas cylinder. Most of the time, there was no response or found busy tone of the number given by the agency.
After trying for more than half an hour to get contact to the agency on 12.10. I was told that the gas was booked on booking no. 1851 rather 184 an was promised by them to deliver it on 13.10.2009 positively. I was given mobile no. of delivery man to contact him for delivery.
After that about 5-7 calls were made to the delivery man & all the times, he rplied than he is within the premises and the gas will be supplied to you within 15-20 minutes to 1 hr.
But till now i.e. on 15.10. delivery is not made. This happens almost all the times with this gas agency. That is why I always booked the gas in very advance time say after 15 days of the last delivery.
I want to take the matter with concerned Indane Gas authorities to get relief over such harrasement for almost all the times of bokking and delay in supplying the gas.
Moreover, the Indane auhorities / agency may provide the gas cylinder to me to celebrate Diwali peacefully without tension of no gas etc.
