Late Delivery of gas cylende

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am writing this mail from North West Delhi, Rani Bagh, Flat No. 95 Jagriti Appt., Capt. Satish Marg, Near Rani Bagh, Delhi - 110034. I had booked the gas personally on 16/11 (Gas No. RP-3057) through the Rani Bagh gas agency because they are not picking up the phone. And till today i haven't received the gas (30/11). And when i go there personally to inquire about the same they told me that they have delivered it already on 23/11 but i haven't received it. And i have observed that the delivery boys also sell the gas in black to daabas and others. Thats why we are facing the problem in getting gas in time and in the agency they tell them that they have delivered it to the customer which is very wrong. And sometimes the Gas also come less.

I hope you will take the strict action against it.
