Non issue of Double cylinde

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for the additional cylinder on 16.9.2006

(Custemer Id -43376 - Cauvery Gas agencies, K.R.Puram, Bangalore Waiting list no. 908)

I have changed to Banashankari 2nd stage now.

Here in the Anusha gas agencies, the request for DBC is rebooked

and given different waiting list number.

(Customer ID : 49172, Anusha Indane gas Agencies)

We are waiting for the cylinder for the psat 3 years

Please let us know what we need to do to get it
