Dear Sir,
we are your customers residing in Rewa (M.P.). Your dealer for INDANE GAS, M/s Rewa Gas Agencies is unable to discharge its duties. Even though we are paying extra money for home delivery they are not sending it at home. Instead every morning they come with their tractors at a predefined location (it keeps changing after some time) and all of your customers in Rewa have to stand in ques (usually about 300- 500 mtrs long) to get the cylinder. I really feel frustrated why I choose INDANE. No one from your company is taking any action against M/s Rewa Gas. Its a perfect case to dissolve their dealership. But I think people from INDIAN OIL CORPORATION are corrupt and ignoring their misconduct. PLEASE HELP THE PEOPLE OF REWA.
