Not getting the gas connection

Hi,

I have already applied for the transfer of my gas connection from KAIGA (Karnataka) to Faridabad 21-C sector. When I go to the gas agency in 21-c market they give one or the other reason. I need the gas connection. Please issue me a connetcion.
