Not booking of gas

Sir,

M/s. tirupati bala ji associates, rohini sec-55, Delhi, has frozen my gas connection against conumer No. ZOT11569. Actually i am not able to book gas cylinder because of faulty telephone/non-response from their end. It is requested to defreeze the connection and issue cylinder at the earliest. thanking your,
