We have a connection by the name of Mr. Rajender Kumar and consumer no. 5080 and Distributer M/S KEERTI GAS SERVICE, 3767, kanhaiya Nagar (FF), Tri Nagar, New Delhi-110035.
we have booked for re-filling of gas but they delivered cylinder having broken seal on 12/12/08 to the female member of the house when no male member is present.when i wanted to complaint, they did not pick up the phone.
therefore i request you to take necessary action.
