Sir my consumer no.36023 in Dada gas agency chennai from 05.04.02 and i am transfer my connection to Rajesh Gas agency on 15.09.06 but at the time i don't have ration card for proof of residence for new place

i present i am submitting the proof of residence for new house (LIC Receipt) but the concern gas agency (RAJESH GAS AGENCY) not register as customer

so please give me the solution for that same
