New connection not given

Dear sir,

i have applied for new gas connection on 10/09.Rai gas agency, bhopal has given me the acknowledgement letter with following details:

NEW CONNECTION REGISTRATION

1116998/00002/4 DT 19/09

RUNNING SL.NO. 1503

Till date i have not received any correspondence from rai gas agency, bhopal.

Is it takes so much time for new gas connection?

Kindly take necessary action and inform me accordingly.
