Delay in LPG gas delivery

I have booked gas cylinder with Rajammal gas agency 113, Perambur Barracks Road, Chennai (25323057 25325847 26613539) on 10/12/08. Till 22/12/08 they are saying you will be getting the cylinder today, but iam not getting the cylinder. Also i think they mis-using the cylinders to commerical peoples. Because this is happenning for last 4 months (delaying the cylinder).

My Customer id no : 25555

Need proper action on the above request and also please update me on this.
