Delay in Delivery of Refill Cylinde

Sir,

I had booked for a cylinder refill at Kunnamangalam Gas Agency on November 20. My consumer number is 9825 . Inspite of various phone calls to the agency i have not got the cylinder. I had booked complaints a couple of times before too on the same grounds here. To my utter dismay the Area Manager, Calicut too did not react, inspite of telling him for the last 10 days. Please do the needful. I am a working woman and find it very difficult to cope up with, without gas.
