Delay in LPG cylinder refill

I'm a customer of Pooja Gas, D.no.766 B/V Subaida Bldg, Unichira, Thrikkakara, Kochi 682021. My consumer no. is 160073.I had booked a refill on 8-11-08, booking no. being 2819. The cylinder was expected to be delivered by 8-12-08.

I had enquired over the telephone on 10-12-08 and they had promised to give it by the end of the week.

On 23-12-08 I enquired at their office. They cited trivial reasons of not being able to check the wait list due to the failure of their computer.

48 days waiting period for an LPG cylinder talks volumes about the poor service of the Pooja gas agency and of course about INDANE Gas which allows such delays to happen. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
