Leakage of Cylinder (Supplied by Gulabi Bagh Gas Service, Delhi)

I would like to inform you that I received my refill cylinder on 31/12 from "Gulabi Bagh Gas Services, Shastri Nagar, Delhi -110052".

But I found my cylinder is in leakage position, I inform the above said agency thru telephonic on 01/01 and they assure me the complaint will attend within 1-2 hrs. but no body attend the complaint till date i.e. 07/01 after in spite of daily reminder.

My gas connection No. 1991.
