Indane Gas
Not picking up phone

I am writing this complaint after getting harrased by "Rohini Enterprises Sec-7 Rohini Delhi". Last few months they do not pick up the phones, on visiting personally the staff make silly excuses that phones are working fine.

I am trying to book a Gas for my Aunty who is 82 years old and She can not go personally and book the gas as the Above mentioned address is quite far from her house.and for me it is not possible to book the gas personally on week days and sunday is a holiday. I tried to call up Rohini Enterprises on phone for many times but this time also they are not picking up the phone, I wrote a mail to them on email specified by them on the slip "[email protected]" 2 weeks ago but that has also not helped me.

Kindly tell me where should i approach for this
