Non Delivery of Gas since 2 weeks

Indane Gas - Dwarka, New delhi.

We have booked gas since 2 weeks now, everyday thet say we will send it but not delivering.

Yesterday, we took teh empty cylinder to them and asked for the new one but they assured us that they will send it by evening. I dont understand where the problem is?? they seldom pick up the phone for booking or the line will be engaged for hours.

It is an unnecessary harassment!
