Dear Sir,
I had booked for my household gas cylinder on 3rd January. Today is the 51st of day of my booking and still now i have not received the cylinder from your agency. The agency is M/s. Coastal Gas, Ajantha Road, Pandikudy, Kochi - 682 002, Ernakulam, Kerala. I have only one gas cylinder in my name and as per rules, you have to give me cylinders in 40 days gap. I and my family are deeply suffering because of the non-supply in time.
Kindly take remedial steps to supply the cylinders well in time, at each instances.
