We have booked new connection from ratnasheela indane gas agency katangi distt- balaghat, but manager and their staff forcing as to purchase hot plate from teir agency and for which they are charging 1850/- rs . and total connection charges for single cylinder connection 4250/-. however we purchased hot plate from other shop which is costing about 800/- and they charged 3200/- for new connection as they have cheated as and 1000/- taken extra for which they have not given any bill
so concerned official are requested to take immediate action.
