I am staying in Guwahati, I have booked a refill gas cylinder on 17-4-09 but till today I didnot receive the same, when asked the dealer Dipti Gas Agency (code5300138) they said because of strike gas is not available. But surprisingly gas cylinder is available by paying extra money
