Delay in Double Cylinder issue

Dear Sir / Madam,

I hold Indane Gas connection for the past 5 years with Subscriber Number 24459 - this falls under Brindavan Gas Agency, LIG, BHEL, RC Puram.

I had booked for second cylinder in Feb '07 - but receive no response from them. Whenever asked, I get a reply that it will come next month. And to add more fury, last saturday (09/May) they initially told that the booking stands cancelled. Upon asking for more details, they apologize and again give the same reply. Upon insisting that it was booked 2 1/2 years back, they say I will get a letter from Indane. They are also reluctant to give escalation numbers.

I have to everytime give my cylinder even not empty because it takes another 2 - 3 weeks time for them to replace.

Kindly look into this please. I know bribing would get things done, but am NOT towards it. I have seen my friends getting connections in 3 months time after booking. So am very sure that my booking is being misused here.
