Eregular supply of gass cylinder and non attending of telephone for booking of gas

Dear sir

My consumer ID is A-1503 which is registered by the name of my father Sh. Baluram. My Indane LPG supplier is M/s Kalyan Gas Agency, Chhatrio ke Samne, Delhi Amer Road, Amer, Jaipur. I am staying in surajpole bazar, Jaipur, it is very far from this agency’s office (like 12 km.). For quite some time, I am facing problem in getting the gas booked through telephone. Every time I ring up, they do not pick the telephone or always the phone is `engaged'. We have two clinder, I have applied for a refilled cylinder in the month of April 09 personally but I am still waiting for the same to be fulfilled. These problems is has been persisting since a long time.
