I am having my Indane Subscription with Prarthana Gas Agency, Moovarasanpet, Chennai. I have booked for a refill cylinder on April 28 and I was informed that supply will be made in two days. In spite of repeated follow-up and frequent visit to the agncy delivery of the refill had not effected. I am being given false commitment every time.
This agency is a fraud agency and request IOC to take necessary action against this agency.
