Harrashment of consumers and bad service

Dear sir,

the distributer of indane gas at jagatsinghpur, m/s sarala gas services is harrasing consumers like any thing and compelling them to buy from blackmarket.he is keeping money and card from consumers without giving them any acknowledgement and asking them to come after 5-7 days after receiving the cash and consumer card.after 5-7 days when consumers come for cylinder some of them found that their card is missing/lost and the owner charging the the consumers that you have taken the cylinder.he is intensionally doing this to compell the consumers to buy from his brokers. as there is no acknowledgement the consumers are unable to lodge any complain.he is handling the money of consumers for days together without any receipt or acknowledgement.most of the times his brokers are taking a number of cylinders at a time whereas the poor consumers are unable to get a single connection.in his office no display is maintained regarding whom to the consumers can put forth their grievances when harrashed.it seems that the company is protecting him as no one is inspecting his agency and enquiring into his malafied transactions and sufferings of consumers.please do not spoil the goodwill of the company through these touts.appoint more agents to provided better services to consumers.
