Hi

I am an Indage gas customer with Namrata Gas Agency in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. Whenever we call the phone numbers given the bill, the phones are always engaged from morning till evening and when I personally went to book for refill, the receiver was kept aside purposefully to avoid the calls. When i enquired regarding receiver, they were telling some stories. This is very inconvenient to go every time to the agency to book the refill. The receivers are always kept aside.
