My gas connection no. AG4242 was in name of smt vinita parulkar at M/s Anant gas service gwalior . it was get transferred to Belgum (Karnataka state) as i am shifted at Belgum, in termination voucher no21698670000075 dt08.02.09 issued infavour of m/s K R Enterprises Tilak wadi Belgum, my surname was wrongly wirtten by agency at Gwalior i.e. Parmalkar instadeof Parulkar and the same has also been accepted by the agency m/s Anant Gas service Gwalior and given in writing . but M/s K R Enterprises Tilak wadi Belgum is refused to make correction in my wrongly writteen surname .please take need ful action on the matter by instructing concerned agency m/s K R Enterprises Tilak wadi Belgum.
