sir we have booked almost 15 days back from my gas agency Mahabir gas agency, Saraidhella, Dhanbad, Jharkhand on enquiry they are making excuses everyday by telling must be delivered by tommorrow repeatedly this is not the first time it happens with us time & again. Sometime we becomes short of gas making us difficult to cook even meal for the family.we poor fellow run to the door of agency and their godown with empty cylinder. I am pretty sure that they diverts our delivery for some vested purposes it is not matter of shortage. On the other hand they even say that the next no will be booked after 21 day from delivery of first cylinder you can think pl add 21 15 days (avg delivery period) i.e. 36 days then certainly we will face shortage. Do they expect that we should live on eating meal only once in a day. We are such an aggrieved that we are seriously thinking to complain in consumer forum if not redressed permanently.
