Double cylinder not given

Dear Sirs,

Re:-Con. No: TSV00745, Name of Dealer: NorthEnd Gas Centre, Barasat, Kolkat-700124 (West-Bengal)

I have placed an order for refilling of cylinder on 13/10 but till date refilled cylinder is not delivered. Whenever I am asking dealer to deliver they inform that delivery would be given next week.

I am alone, so I am requesting them to give tentative date of delivery.

Would you please look into the matter?
