Dear Sir,

I have booked for refilled cylinder on 4/8 with M/S.Kleen Gas, Unit III, Bhubaneswar. My consumer No.16841 but it is to intimate that till date it is not delivered. Kindlly look into the matter. And advice to delivered refilled cylinder immediately.
