Sir, I am Satya Narayan Roy, Indane gas consumer, having number 13061.On 09/06/09 I had booked a cylinder with Kitchen Best, Bow Market, chittaranjan, burdwan, west Bengal. Still date the same is not delivered to me. when I went to agency to enquire about it, the staff says that they delivered on 25/06/9 by their delivered man "GANESH" and they have nothing to do about this matter. Therefore I have been
suffering non gas problem from those days. I have heartiest request to you that please take necessary action against above stated agency and solved my problem as soon as possible.
