Bad Services - non supply

I am a customer of Indane. My distributer is Jai Jawan agencies in Dwarka (near Ram phal Chowk), new Delhi and my customer no is 44439. I have booked for refill about 10 days ago but till date I have not received the refill.

Refill is freely available if you are willing to pay Rs. 50 extra in black market but not available thru normal channel.

Phones of ageny are either hung or no body is responding.

You are requested to look into the matter.
