Unnecessary transfer of my consumer card

I the consumer of M/s MUNDA GAS SERVICE the indane gas distributor of sambalpur (ODISHA)

my consumer no - 1041 is harrased with the service of the gas agency. and finally they had transfered my consumer card to another office without giving any reason., when i asked the reason they refuse to tell and just said that due to lot of customer they had transfered the card.

When i asked the number of there senior officers they refuse to tell the number.

And after that went to the other office were my consumer card had been transfered they refuse to book the gas, they asked me to give the original documents, id proof certificate etc etc.

so my request is to let me know the reason of transfer and if the company had transfer my card than why they r asking for documents.

STRICT ACTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST THIS DISTRIBUTOS AND THERE LICENSED SHOULD BE CANCELLED.
