Delay in Gas Cylinder delivery

My Consumer No:26947

with Narain Gas Service, Aliganj, Lucknow

booked my request for refilled gas cylinder on 17/01.

Booking No:48192

It appears that they have permanently removed telephone receiver from the crendle. Always getting engage tone.

Till 23/01 the refilled Gas Cylinder has not been delivered.

Is there any scarcity of Gas or this is created problem locally.
