Agency's phones are either busy or not recieved by them

I have made booking for LPG on 1260 at Avery Gas Agency, Ramesh Park, New Delhi. The agency does not recieve any call or is kept his phone busy.

Generally they do not deliver cylinder for 5-6 days. and whenever deliver cylinder is under weight and last only for 10 days in a 4 family members.
