Non Delivery after repeated reminders

Dear Concerns,

I am indane customer with consumer No.9337 of ILA gas agency. This agency has now been closed and now our agency is kasna gas agency since last 2-3 months we are facing problems in supplies... I have booked gas on 16th Nov'09 on 011-25611260 and i was given booking number 58... On 22nd Nov, i had enquired about delivery of gas on 9999243286 but we were informed that your have not booked for cylender so again booked it and i was informed that with in 3 days you will recieve the delivery... On 25th Nov'09, i have registered my complaint with customer care at 18002333555 and i was given complaint number-28048 and again given a commitment that gas will be delivered by 28thNov'09... Today is 29th and till date i have not recieved Gas.

Since last 14days i am running out of domestic gas and nobody is thr to provide solution... Even helpline numbers of kasna gas are always busy or it seems that most of the time, they might keep the reciever of the phone.

Please help and provide permanent solution.
