(Sub: - Complain against black marketing & harassment by Indane Gas Connection)
Dear Sir,
I, Shankar Chaurasia would like to inform you that I had booked a new Indane Gas Connection with your authorized dealer Sisir Indane Distributors, 279/1 Midnapur Road, Girja Para, Raniganj, Dist – Burdwan, Pin – 713347, Ph. No. 0341-244-5171 & 0341-244-9026, W.B. My booking no. is 111409740000916 dated 2nd Nov’2009 & Code No. is 140974. But the dealer is not ready to issue me the new gas connection at the price fixed by your company. They are demanding Rs. 4500/= for a single cylinder gas connection. As well as, I am being disturbed & harassed by him. Whenever I go to him for issuing new indane gas connection. He always gives me a fresh date. Firstly he has taken Rs. 130/= from me as booking amount & issued me a plain yellow receipt one week before booking i.e. 2nd nov’2009. He has called me 8 to 10 times & I have visited him on the scheduled time given by him. But I have not been issued the indane gas connection so far. They are forcing me to buy gas burner with the cylinder. But as I am a poor man. I am not in a position to pay such a huge amount for a single gas connection. I want that I must be issued the Indane Gas connection at a genuine cost and I shall buy the gas burner from the open market as per my own choice & budget.
I would therefore request you to take action so that I can get my gas connection at a genuine cost fixed by your company and I shall be allowed to buy the gas burner from the open market.
The dealer should not compel me to buy the gas burner from him at a very high cost.
