Second cylinder on my connection

I have taken gas connection in 2001 from sukhdham gas service C-8 shoppinng centre lawrance road new delhi. At that time only one cylinder was provided to me. Thereafter I requested a lot of time to provide second cylinder but every time I received only one answer that no facility is available at present and contact in next month. I am facing very problem with only one cylinder when at the time of cooking, gas vacant in the cylinder. Please look into the matter. My Connection No is A-13669
