Transfer Request

Dear Sir,

I am Manickam. I got married in the year 2001. Still now we living as joined family. We are having gas connection in my mother name. Previously we were in Dindigul. Now we are living in Thanjavur. We are having this connection more than 20 years. Now I got transfered to Chennai. Due to age and other circumstances my father and mother not in position to leave Thanjavur. We are having separte ration cards. Still now we are living as joined family I did not apply for Gas connection. Now I would like to take GAS connection with me. What I have to do? I need tranfer this connection from my mother name to my name? How to do this? Kindly do the needful.
