There is no redressal on the Greviances which has arisen due to repeated avaoidance by the Gurgaon Gas Agency in booking the cylender of the complainant as their telephone numbers are always hang up and by-chance the call is received by the agency, the same is disconnected without giving the details of booking number etc. the connection number with the agency is 709-X,
All the problem and shortage is for the consumer, who want the gas cylender by booking, but not for the agency which sells the cylender in the open-market at high price.
It is requested that the matter may kindly be looked into and make arrange ments to book cylinder with my agency over phone or request them to take orders by email providing me their email address. I have one more suggestion, they can create a website and make their customers to book gas cylinder online.
