I booked refill of my gas on 9th feb at Nayyar Gas agency Vikas Puri after a week long trial on phone booking which did'nt happend as there phone was either engaged or not reachable.
We were assured of getting cylender refill by a weeks time, however even after 10 days gone we are unable to get a cylender even after 3 personal visit to agency by my wife.
It is a clear case of harrassment of customer and black marketing by agency of cylenders to outsiders, and not giving service to needy consumers.
