Sir iam an customer of indane gas and my number is 19819 . sir the service providing by the gas agencies is really horrible.iam resident of vijayawada (AP). we r suffering lot from our local agency (Ramya krishna agencies).whenever we try for booking a gas the members of agency are not lifting the phone even for 2 to 3 hours. Luckily if they lift the phone, they r not responding, as they r talking very rudely even to ladies. Two days back my mother made a call for booking, as usually they lift the call after 2 hrs, my mother asked them 'why r u not lifting the phone? ' they replied very rudely that ' its our wish, who r u to ask us, go and tell to anyone we dont care.' so we decided to change the gas company. Not only we r the sufferers many customers suffering same problem .please try to take the action on them.
