Indane Gas
Agency giving connection only when we purchased Gas stove from there otherwise not

I want to take new indane gas connection from R K Avenue Agency, Nawal Kishore Road Patna, Bihar.

But owner of that agency told that i will give you connectionbut u have to purchased a gas stove from my store. I have already purchased a gas stove from market. He is not giving connection without gas stove.
