I ahev been facing the problem of not being able to get a second connection from Indane Gas (Madhapur, SAi Venkatesh dealer, Hyderabad, AP, India) for a very long time. Every time I have gone and spoken to them the only reply I get is that second cylinder is not avaialble from last 2yrs. I think this is a BIG lie. Me and my husband are both working and it is really difficult for us to keep on going and checking with them on the same. I also have a problem in getting the refill booked through them. Though they have given two numbers to us but they are either forever ringing or enganged, I have personally witnessed them paying a deaf ear to ringing phones when I was there in the gas agency office and when i questioned them as to why they were not answering those calls, they replied by saying taht the phones just keep on ringing all the time. Can someone help in solving this problem.
