Misbehave to customers

Sir,

this is ur kind information that I am the customer vide number 18916 from the dealer at Sahid Park, Balasore last 19th April, I had gone to booked the gas. That time Mr Bubu wasthe authority to booked the gas. But he misbehaved and used slang language to me. So kindly take care this matter. If u will not take any action otherwise I will go for the help of consumer court. I am waiting for ur possitive response.
