Every month the booking is not taken on time. Finally after the booking is taken, it takes more than 10 - 15 days for delivery, Next month, the delivery date is taken into account by the agency (not the booking date) for next month's fresh booking. The cylinder lasts on an average for 22 days and every month, we are forced to buy the cylinder from open market for 3 times the price, which I am sure agencies like these would sell it to outsiders rather than giving it on time to the genuine customers.
This has been happening for quite some time now. When questioned, the tele attenders of the agency speak rudely.
Request the concerned to take a severe action against such agencies and help the grieved consumers
