I dont know whether you can help me i any case or not, but still as a consumer i feel i must raise my voice in some forum. I am a resident of Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad. From last one month, Contact number for gas booking is not working, with my Agencies of indane, Bharat Bhushan Gas Services, but no one is there to resolve the issue. Contact number of the Field Officer is not given on the notice bord/ the number that is given is not in use. as a customer my son have been declined with a new connection. and i am suffering like many more. today i went and took the cylender from the agency, this was to be delievered to me on 16 april. the slip of dispatch was cut on that day but the cylender was not delievered to me till today 25 april. i am pissed of with the kind of practice they are following but i do not have any alternative... just hoping through this forum that someone would listen to me and many others will get some relief, from such practices.
