Applied for DVC connection 2 months ago, no action has been taken till date

I, Azad Kumar Sinha, had applied for a DVC connection at Ivory Gas service, Laxmi Nagar, 2 months ago on the basis of my existing connection. But till date no action has been taken. Please look into the matter as it's already two months & I'm in urgent need of the connection.
