I am customer no.25603 with the Indane agency M/s Shiv shakti Gas Services, Udaipur (Rajasthan). I had booked a cylinder on 28/05/08 vide booking no.6977.The cylinder is not yet delivered to us. I am following up with the agency since last four days & getting a reply that the cylinder will be delivered today or tommorrow. This attidude is very casual & painful.
